How Hurricanes Can Impact Cincinnati

Flooding can occur from heavy rainfall, river overflow, or storm-driven water entering your property. Water intrusion can reach basements, attics, or living rooms. Secondary issues include appliance and other contents damage, lingering moisture, and air-quality problems. Our restoration addresses:

  • Floor and wall damage from standing water
  • Furniture saturation and loss
  • Mold growth in undried areas
  • Damaged HVAC systems or ductwork
  • Lingering odors from damp conditions
  • Unsafe water contamination
Wind damaged property

Turn to Us for Hurricane Wind Damage

Hurricanes weaken inland but produce devastating tropical-force winds. Roofs, ceilings, and attics are particularly vulnerable. Fallen branches and loose debris can further risk your safety and your property's stability.

  • Shingle loss and roof failure
  • Siding damage on homes and businesses
  • Gutter tearing or collapse
  • Broken windows and doors
  • Weakened structural areas
  • Tree or branch impact on roofs, fences, decks, etc.

Our Debris Removal After Severe Storms

Debris removal is essential to prevent further damage and allow proper restoration work. Count on us to clear trees, branches, and other storm debris, while implementing safety measures to prevent further property damage.

Power Outages and Secondary Damage

Prolonged power loss from hurricanes can lead to fire hazards. This can cause electrical or surge issues, damage to electric furnaces or water heaters, and potential fire damage from unsafe generator use. Security system outages, in some cases, can make those properties vulnerable.

Without climate control, homes and businesses can develop mold, intolerable odors, and more HVAC or air-quality issues. Secondary water damage, food spoilage odors, and severe property cleanup problems can occur. All of this makes it more crucial to contact the experts at Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration as quickly as possible.

Cincinnati, OH

Teasdale Fenton responded to a flooded lower level due to a failed sump pump within 90 minutes of being called on a Friday night. Corey and Zack efficiently cleared what needed to be moved out of the way and then removed the water. They set up fans and a large dehumidifier. The next day a team came out to check on everything and measured for dampness.

Cincinnati, OH

We had a pipe burst in our attic over a weekend and called Teasdale- Fenton. They sent someone out same-day to quote us on cleanup from the water leak and sent a team out the following day to remove wet insulation and leave Fans to dry everything out. Before removing the fans they moisture tested the whole area. Very pleased with their prompt and professional service.
