FAQs For Carpet Cleaning & Restorarion

The carpet will usually dry in 8 hours to 24 hours after the cleaning is completed. Damp carpet may take longer to dry in areas with poor circulation. We recommend setting your thermostat to 70 degrees or below with fans circulating the air.

You don't need to move any furniture to deep clean your carpets. However, we can move smaller furniture like coffee tables, chairs, and even a small sofa, but for larger pieces, bedroom sets, dressers, and sectionals, we will do our best to work around them and clean underneath them the best that we can!

The rule of thumb for carpet cleaning is 5 to 10 minutes per room, depending upon the size and the amount of furniture in the room. This might also vary based on the level of soiling or spot cleaning that needs to be done in certain areas.

Teasdale Fenton responded to a flooded lower level due to a failed sump pump within 90 minutes of being called on a Friday night. Corey and Zack efficiently cleared what needed to be moved out of the way and then removed the water. They set up fans and a large dehumidifier. The next day a team came out to check on everything and measured for dampness.

We had a pipe burst in our attic over a weekend and called Teasdale- Fenton. They sent someone out same-day to quote us on cleanup from the water leak and sent a team out the following day to remove wet insulation and leave Fans to dry everything out. Before removing the fans they moisture tested the whole area. Very pleased with their prompt and professional service.
