- Comment: I had a large expensive wool rug cleaned and it came back with a 1'x1' light spot in the middle of the rug where they must have placed a hot piece of equipment. It has permanently discolored the rug. Other wool rugs that I sent for cleaning came back with permanent clip indentations. I'm very unhappy.
