• Comment: New Dryer, and thought maybe it was not running more than 20-25 min becaues it has been a while since we cleaned the vent. Jacob was VERY nice and took his time to make sure the dryer vent was cleaned correctly (our outlet is under a deck the size of an aircraft carrier...poor Jacob). New dryer may have a internal problem, but its not the vent ! Thanks Jacob and TF for a job well done.
