Comment: I had scheduled Teasdale Fenton for carpet cleaning on Friday. Thursday I got up turned on the shower to warm, flushed the commode and jumped in for a long hot shower. When I got out of the shower there was at least a couple inches of water all over my floor. You’ve heard of double jeopardy? Right, the flush valve didn’t close properly and the commode was stopped up, so my bathroom flooded!!! Then I checked the basement the carpet and pad were squishy as well as a wet ceiling. dripping. I called Teasdale Fenton they were at my house in about an hour. It is not a one hour fix. They left blowers and dehumidifiers both up and down that will be here for 4 to 5 days as well as removing the baseboards and drilling holes in my ceiling. That is where I am now. Thanks to a couple of very kind and knowledgeable young men. Will update later!!! Moral of the story, flush first then get in the shower after all is well!
