Job Completion Survey

Comment: Used their service for the first time recently. The guy who came was super nice and even helped my husband move something because I wasnt able to lift it. Very kind and on time. The reason I am taking one star off is because I had scheduled a carpet cleaning for all rooms in the house PLUS deodorizer or whatever they call it for 2 rooms. On the phone, I was told I could choose between different scents and they listed the selection for me. Upon arrival, the guy who actually did the cleaning said he only had the lemon scent at hand and there are no others to choose. On top of that (and that bothers me more), the scent didnt even last all day. Wouldnt pay for that again.
Other than that, it was quick and simple and the carpets seemed cleaned properly.
