Comment: Teasdale Fenton responded to a flooded lower level due to a failed sump pump within 90 minutes of being called on a Friday night. Corey and Zack efficiently cleared what needed to be moved out of the way and then removed the water. They set up fans and a large dehumidifier. The next day a team came out to check on everything and measured for dampness. Today, Shane removed the equipment. Everyone was courteous and worked efficiently. Later this week T-F will come out to clean the tile flooring. We had used T-F some years back for a similar house emergency. They are extremely reliable; they understand the nature of water mitigation, and they work in a way that shows concern for your property. I have no hesitation recommending them enthusiastically.
