My house was heavily damaged when a 100 ft tree fell onto and into my house when a tornado hit my neighborhood. The crew immediately took care of the contents of my house to move what could be saved and began the drying out process the very next day. Bobby and Zach were incredibly personable and were kind and caring to all involved during the chaotic event. I had to leave my eldest dog at the house for a few days and they made sure she was fed and had water before I arrived back to my house. There was constant communication about what was going on when I wasn't there. As overwhelmed as I was feeling due to the shock of the storm damage, the crew was taking care of me every step of the way.

I wouldn't use anyone else. They recommend treatment options without trying to sell me unnecessary products. My clean is customized for pets and wear, depending on the area of the house. I get exactly what I want, everytime. Stain removal is amazing. Professional, on time, and quick. Exactly what I'm looking for!

Today Josh from Teasdale Fenton came on time after first giving me a courtesy call. I have an indoor dog and he was so nice to her that she hung out with him a bit. 😊He did a beautiful job in a fast, efficient manner. I'm hoping that I can request him for future cleaning with this company!

Roy came to clean our carpet..He was on time and had great information and suggestions on different things we could do to clean the carpets.He suggested a sanitizer and deorderizer to make the carpets smell better.Was well worth the extra money.Got out all the old stains also. Josh did a thorough and professional job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. This is our second time usind Teasdale Fenton for this service, and we name requested Josh because he did such a great job the first time.

Brian and Mike were great! Arrived before their timeframe, which was perfect for me, and did a fantastic job getting our carpets to look like new - and with 3 dogs, that's no easy task! I had 5 large rooms cleaned with enzymes (used a coupon from the weekly mailer) and they were out in less than an hour. I have used Teasdale Fenton before and will continue to!

My entire apartment was flooded due to the flash flood, Jeremi came in to survey the job, each room had a different level of deep water, Jeremie explained what needed to be done and got to work, he took great care of the furniture and the carpet, what I thought was a total loss is looking like there is hope. Looks like the equipment is really getting the job done.
