Ryan was my tech sent from Teasdale on Wednesday morning. He was so friendly and professional. Sometimes having a stranger in the house can be very uncomfortable. He made me feel at ease and I didn't feel the need to tell him what I wanted done...he knew just what to do. My carpet looks 100% better after he worked his magic ! We had lots rainwater come in to one of our offices at McCluskey Chevrolet at the Kings Auto Mall and it was starting to smell on the carpet.

The service was great. Very efficient and the technician was prompt and personable. Able to get up stains. However, the next day (and still 3 days later) the carpet smells of corn chips/feet. I am considering calling back for some sort of treatment.

Both guys were great and even suggested doing more to get rid of the smoke smell.
