• Comment: Very professional. Introduced themselves and went room to room showing where the spots were and where to clean. Then had me go thru the rooms at the end to see if they were cleaned to my satisfaction, which they were. Asked if I wanted protection and another service, which I did want for my hallway.
  
  Went over the bill to make sure I understood and then said I would get half price if I scheduled a cleaning in 6 months.
  
  Very pleased with the promptness in arriving, their friendliness, and efficiency cleaning my carpet. Thank you very much Roy and Mike!
