- Comment: I made an appointment online as my very elderly dog just passed away and I wanted to get my carpets and some furniture cleaned. I had a large living room and two bedrooms and hallway done. Charles and Shane came and listened to my needs and gave me advice. They walked through and determined where the heavily soiled areas were. They suggested services that were very helpful. I agreed to the estimate and they completed their work in a timely and efficient manner. Charles was friendly and thorough and very professional. I am very happy to have clean carpets!
