Comment: Great job cleaning pet urine from a large, shag style area rug. With a coupon, I got 2 rugs cleaned for the price of one, as well! Your employee was friendly, and professional. He even carried the large rug to a different upstairs room for me.

Carpets are clean. One room with very dirty carpet with stains I didn’t think would come out looks almost new with no stains. Guys were very friendly and did a great job

Teasdale Fenton Service Man arrived on time and was timely in cleaning the carpet. He explained the process and answered my questions in reference to problem stains on the carpet. The price was reasonable for the two rooms that were cleaned.

Comment: Jacob was professional and so helpful in explaining the process when we received the air duct cleaning service. We have pets and renovation dust and he took care and time cleaning each supply and return. And he was kind enough to give us tips to keep the ducts clean when we have a bit more construction in the future.

The employee was friendly, and even seemed happy to be there. I felt the price was extremely reasonable. He successfully de-dogified my rental unit. 3 bedrooms, hallway and oversized living room done in 1 hour! Not a stain to be seen, even ones that had been there for 2 years. I think if you're looking for a great carpet cleaner that uses quality good smelling product and friendly employees, call Teasdale Fenton.

I had a FABULOUS experience!! Having never heard of the company before but having only seen an ad of theirs, I called last night and was happy to learn that they service Springfield. I was quoted great pricing for the job I needed done, and they put me on the schedule for the very next morning!!! The tech, Evan, was friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking, and efficient, and really went above and beyond!!! I will definitely use Teasdale Fenton again and recommend them to my friends!

I'm simply delighted. My carpeting is so clean it's like new. The technician was on-time, professional and friendly. We had a very helpful conversation as he worked. In addition to his advice on how to care for my carpeting, I learned he had worked for Teasdale Fenton for 18 years, and he seemed proud to be their employee. You don't find people like that very often today.
